Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing MillieMae Paper Cafe! We’re excited to have you join us for a fun and creative experience. No Refunds: All class bookings and payments are non-refundable. Because supplies and materials are purchased in advance for each class, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or missed classes. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you are unable to attend your scheduled class or need to cancel, please contact MillieMae Paper Cafe within 24 hours of the scheduled class to discuss rescheduling. Customers who cancel or miss a class and contact us within this 24-hour period may arrange to attend another available class. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you do not contact MillieMae Paper Cafe within 24 hours of the missed or cancelled class, your booking will be considered forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be available.
